This will be a slow moving yin practice, centered in nervous system regulation and body awareness, with plenty of time between shapes to notice body sensations. Ayurvedic wisdoms and Chinese meridian sequence will be incorporated for seasonal well-being. Simple mantras will be led at the start and end of class, with Sanskrit prayers offered during final relaxation. Previous experience with a yin practice is recommended.
